They go far beyond what I could have ever expected! The BHOA support is second to none, I work with a LOT of software, these guys are the best that you will find when it comes to support. After a thorough search on the market and comparison and evaluation of different products, we chose Business Hangouts which was based on Google's powerful and highly scalable technology, while offering those professional characteristics that we needed: Privacy, (we don't want our meetings to be publicly accessible), and Branding (we have invested in our brand recognition and wanted to capitalize on it with our Live video streams).

We thought we could get closer to our members thanks to the power of the live video. Until a few months ago, we were only producing audio podcasts for an audience of several thousands of members. Sorry for the poor review, but my review would have stayed a 5 star (like it was just 2 days ago) if they even attempted to fix my technical issues, instead of minimizing them, then pushing me off to their user support group (who are awesome, but not their technical team), then dropping us like a bad habit. Sorry for my poor review, but hopefully this will help BHO realize that they shouldn't be nice and kind when everything is okay, then turn on a paying customer (me) because I'm having technical issues that they don't want to fix. If the owner volunteers to help, refuse it (trust me!) He means well and is a very nice guy, just not meant to provide customer service or technical support. Customer service is only user based so I was never able to get my 'technical' issues resolved - despite putting in over 30 hours to learn their software.
